We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment. We simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations or “no shows” appointments cost us precious time and money, therefore if we receive less than 24 hours notice of cancellation 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. If your appointment takes 2 hours or longer, we need 48 hours notice. No future appointments will be booked until cancellation fee is made.

Politica de Cancelacion

Entendemos que debido a su horario ocupado usted tenga que mover o cancelar una cita. Simplemente le pedimos que nos deje saber 24 horas antes de tener que modificar su cita. Si nos cancela a ultima hora o “no llega” a su cita, se le cobrara el 50% del servicio debido a que nos cuesta tiempo y dinero. Si su cita se tarda 2 horas o mas, le pedimos nos avise 48 horas antes. No se podra agendar mas citas hasta no pagar la tarifa de cancelacion.
